Paycor Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor for full cycle employment. We utilize Paycor Recruiting for our recruiting needs, Paycor Perform for onboarding, time management, certifications tracking, benefits administration, performance tracking, and much more! It makes our day to day tasks run much more smoothly than having to manually perform all of these tasks.
Pros
- Paycor recruiting is a great tool and integrates with our careers page seamlessly. It is a great tool that makes the entire hiring process run very smoothly.
- Benefits Advisor makes the benefits administration process so much more user friendly. It is a one-stop shop for employees to find all the information they need for benefits and the EDI feeds with the carriers are a game changer.
- We are new to using performance management with Paycor, but so far it has been a breeze! The evals were easy to set up and schedule to send out and we've heard nothing but good feedback from both employees and managers.
Cons
- "Position & Pay" workflow changes could be improved. We are able to edit the submitted changes during the approval process for certifications and education. It would be great to have that same functionality with the position & pay changes as well.
- It would be incredibly helpful if we were able to schedule forms to be sent on a recurring basis. We have many policies that need to be signed off on annually, but there is no way to automatically send to employees annually.
- Freed up time for more strategic HR tasks
- Minimized compliance risks
- Made open enrollment seamless
- Made hiring & onboarding to Paycor a seamless process
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - With benefits advisor specifically, the EDI feeds have freed up an incredible amount of time!
