Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for onboarding, payroll, expense management, employee navigator, schedule pro and everything in between. We are currently getting ready to add talent development and background integration. We have been extremely satisfied with the support we have and continue to have related to setting up Paycor, making changes, and continuing to grow.

Pros

  • Allow for changes directly on paygrid
  • Vacation/sick time “count down”

  • Increased efficiency on time off requests and reporting that goes with those

We have over 100 employees that use Paycor on a daily basis. The usability is very smooth, we don’t experience many issues on when it comes to our staff uses this program. This was one of the top reasons for choosing Paycor.

Paycor has been very helpful when we had sudden leadership change and our payroll administrator left. We also made big changes to benefits that left us out of balance and they provided support to accurately pull the reports necessary to resolve.
