Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We utilize Paycor for our Payroll, recruiting, performance management, time and attendance, compensation management. Paycor is used daily and a very interactive part of my job. The integration options are filled with countless opportunities to add many avenues for your business. This helps keep many things in one place. Paycor has simplified my job duties.
Pros
- Multiple business integrations
- Payroll processing is user friendly and the expense import is very helpful
- Continued change to upgrade products due to business needs
- Listening to customers and solving problems
Cons
- More indepth detail on reporting functions
- Ability to create an ad hoc user category instead of having to select a base user access
- Improvement on clarity of some customer service contacts
- Increased efficiency for payroll processing
- Managers have more involvement in timecard approval and leave time management
- Benefit integration has saved me so much time having it happen automatically with each vendor instead of enrolling employees with 7 to 10 different individual sites
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We see this savings in time management. Simplified processing of approval and payroll reconciliation.
Paycor seemed simpler and still allowed the employer to control many aspects of what the employeea can do.
The cost was more effective than Paycom. The customer service was another area of concern, even though Paycor could improve on some reps speaking better English, this is common with all companies.
