Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor's suite of products to handle hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, reviews and more. The software solves problems related to calculating payroll taxes, handling hiring of new employees and more.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - It has been several years since we implemented Paycor. The team that was here previously is no longer employed with the organization so not sure on the time difference. I know we expected to save a lot more time and even a position. That has not happened.
Things can be hard to find. Paycor makes changes to their product constantly but does not communicate those changes.
Much more intuitive and includes timecards. Harder to get data out of Paycor then it was with J1.

Paycor probably works great for manufacturing companies with set schedules and pay rates. Although, because it is made up of multiple small products smashed together things don't always flow from one product to the other. As a higher ed user, there are multiple ways that Paycor does not work for our organization. Mainly the fact that employees can be paid out of several departments along with our mandatory retirement and constant flow of student workers.
