Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for onboarding, hr, and payroll. Our biggest problem is reporting. We are unable to get the reporting that we need.

I feel it’s user friendly and if have a question customer service is quick to help.
I am unsure. I wasn’t in my position when we had Paychex.

I mainly do payroll and onboarding. I feel the payroll process is very easy with Paycor.
