Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We currently utilize Paycor as our full HCM. We process payroll, recruiting and onboarding and integrate with Benefits Advisor. The entire life cycle of an employee happens in the system. Our managers are becoming more and more accustomed with the different self help features on the software and how to better manage their direct reports.

  • System integration - we are integrated with Paycor Recruiting formerly Newton and B-Swift
  • Making the face of Paycor more user friendly

  • Impersonation
  • Customizing Reporting
  • Post dating
  • Limited on manager access without pay
  • Quick onboards
  • Trouble with the app and password resets
Paycor is user friendly but often time buttons and lists are changed to include extra clicks that add more time to my time to complete a task.
We are still exploring the differences between ADP and Paycor to determine whether addressing the pain points with a product switch is necessary.

Getting the job done with transitioning candidates from Paycor Recruiter and onboarding them. Being able to have dynamic documents and everything needed for an employee's start right at the beginning. Also the ease of making changes and ensuring everything has transitioned well and that all of the employees information is correct.
