Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and HR for our entire corporation. Makes it easy to track time.

Pros

  • Time tracking
  • Ability to have different pay schedules
  • Ability to set up sub department and track time and expense per sub division

Cons

  • Probably one of the worst customer service
  • People responding to phone calls are not experienced
  • No account manager for assigned to an account. Every phone call and email leads to a new person responding to the enquires
  • No different than other vendors
