Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
In my opinion, absolutely the worst implementation ever! Zero capability of implementation team in my case, and we have changed two of them. Zero understanding of a simple IRS 401k and match limits in my experience, A lot of simple/basic things are just not working, like time off calculation, GTL. Forget about 409A plan, I believe they have no clue how to handle that, no custom calc can be done. I feel everything needs to be manually adjusted, and we are 100+ employer, imagine what we are going through every pay period. It has been going on like this for 3 months. Personally do not recommend! Pease save your money and time.
