Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

As I payroll accountant I rely on the Reports to make sure Payroll is balance and that by using certain reports our reconciliation process has the correct payroll data

Pros

  • Running reports
  • keeping track of historical data
  • Platform is user friendly

Cons

  • Need to work on Re-calc function of GL
  • Data Insights-would like to have access to more data

Would you buy Paylocity again?

Yes

I would recommend Paylocity because of its reports and user friendly interface. As for customer service and account managers your turn over has not been ideal. Getting a new account manger every 6 months has been hard and I would have a hard time recommending Paylocity based on this.
