Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used in our organization for HR & Payroll, Time & Labor, Data Insights, and Onboarding/Recruiting. Everything is housed in one place and streamlined it makes running a business to be a bit easier.
  • Quick Responsiveness
  • Shows you what you don't know
  • Makes things easy for the employee and makes them feel empowered
  • Being able to get ahold of my Project Manager
  • Because Payroll can be so complicated so are shift differentials and getting it right the first time. We spent over 3 months figuring out how to make it work.
They are good but they can be better if it was focused more on a supervisor and employee experience. We should empower our people to use the resources at their hands to make them a more efficient employee.
Community is nice - but our team doesn't necessarily get engaged with it. I haven't experienced Premium Video.

Before Paylocity the employee experience was based on paper everything. Its nice that Paylocity is digital and moving with the times of the change in technology.

Using Paylocity

Paylocity Support

It really depends on who you call and get. I never can reach my Project Manager. When I wait for another representative some people are quick and knowledgeable and others sound like they don't want to help.

I wasn't pare of the purchase process.
Yes- PTO Balance was not deducting didn't realize it required a form and the girl guided me through completing the task.
