Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to onboard employees, process payroll, and implement reviews. We have also used it to send out announcements and do surveys. We also use it to keep all of our sensitive employee documents organized. Processing direct deposits and keeping track of taxes has proven to be much easier with Paylocity.

We have been able to automate our onboarding process; this has made it a lot easier to onboard employees. It also makes the process a lot smoother and ensures we have all the documentation we need based off the different states and countries we are hiring in.

I like all the new products they are offering, but it can sometimes be difficult to navigate the site and find out exactly what you are looing for. I like the Help button with the knowledge base though. that helps to mitigate some of the issues that might occur due to this.
