Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is a platform where employees start out in recruiting, move to onboarding and then end in HR & Payroll. They have the ability to review themselves and others in performance, document one on ones, take any training in LMS, participate in surveys that will benefit the company, connect with employees in different states or countries through community and find anything they need in the self-service platform.
  • HR & Payroll has all the information you need from an employees start date to end.
  • Training, there are over 750 choices when employees want to learn more.
  • Community, such a great platform to connect employees who may be remote or working in different locations.

Talent: it is seamless to move the new hire from recruitment to onboarding to hr and payroll. Building everything in the platform takes time, but once you do it is an automatic process.
Community: It has started to bring each location together.
Paylocity, is on a completely different level then ADP. ADP does not even compare.
