Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
It is a very good product. They currently have staffing issues it seems.
- Customization
- Automization
- Turnaround times
- All modules should function the same. IE how to search employees name, next page, what the save button looks like and where it is... ect. Now they are ALL different.
- Reduced errors
- One website for 99% of HR items- this is key
I should get be able to get a notification when someone switches candidate to hired. OR when they create an offer letter but don't have permissions to send it out. ALSO, the location and the job should be "sticky"... that means when they go to onboarding, it knows the store location and who is the manager and the regional manager so they can launch a new hire packet.
