Cons
- Out team members have multiple cost centers and the way raises have to be done to handle additional cost centers is not good. It is very time consuming and it should not have to be this difficult.

- all information add documentation is in one system
- doing the I9's through onboarding is so helpful and they are saved automatically.
We are much more efficient using Paylocity. it is user friendly, and the online training is very good.
our team seems to enjoy the peer recognition tool.
Paylocity had a far superior implementation process. Our experience with Dayforce implementation was subpar. And I feel that Paylocity is much easier and logical to use. We used Dayforce for about 2 years and switched to Paylocity. The help/ticketing system in Dayforce was awful. We are so happy to have switched to Paylocity.
