Payroll processing and daily use. Implementation lead on addition of new products. Resident pro, providing assistance to other users for other companies within our company set.

- support documents and self help, nice training materials
- general ease of use (prior user of ceridian and paychex)
- reporting is excellent
- we have been over sold - onboarding - benefits data feeds...things that just did not work for our tax status and or thought an application worked one way and learned differently in the midst of implementation
- have dropped the ball on some tickets - takes lots of poking and pestering on our end to get things done
- support is good, but frequent change in staffing is frustrating
- implementation in general has been painful, however your staff is always good and sort of makes you feel ok about it being painful
- better employee - app interface, self service products
- less errors and ease of error correction, much better than other companies
- ease allows for better cross training and less reliance on single employees for processing
