Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the Time & Labor, HR & Payroll, Onboarding, and Expense areas of Paylocity. Paylocity prepares and submits our quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. Our employees use the app to see their timecards and pay slips. They can also see their W2s. Our company can send messages through Paylocity as well for all or certain departments to see. The Onboarding area fills in most of the information to HR & Payroll. This eliminates double entry that we had in the past.

Cons

  • Implementation issues with communication
  • Implementation issues with reconciling incorrectly from our old system
  • Allowing enough time to learn the software before handing us off from implementation to the general team
  • Less double entry of data
  • Reduced time with timecard approvals
  • Reduced time on quarterly reports
Increased efficiency in not having to enter data in several different software programs. Can easily view hours worked vs. hours on shifts.
HR uses Community to post announcements.
