Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our main payroll for all our needs. We use the time and labor for employee time cards. We use the reports and download into our quickbooks system. We track employee PTO through Paylocity and part time PTO. We use the direct deposits and have Paylocity integrated with our 401k plan. We use the some of the HR futures as well. It is a straightforward system to use and there is always someone to assist if needed.

  • Calculating taxes and keeping up on new regulations
  • Coming up with solutions for a work around when needed

  • knowledge of our personal set up, which may be different than the norm

I believe Paylocity is a good product and offers a wide variety of services. We have not dived into many of the services offered and have tried to set up demos but they have not worked for our company. I would like to see an better scheduling system- or interrogation with with other scheduling systems to import reports- currently using when to work- which can be limited as well
