Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
- Straightforward platform
- Relatively easy to customize
- Able to support multiple needs in one place (onboarding, performance, payroll, benefits)
- Support can be slow to respond (have found typical initial response time to be at least 24-48 hours)
- While customizable, have run into some walls that felt like they should be a simple change/fix, but Paylocity was unable to do without a custom development work request (additional cost).
- Wish there was a way to view as a "ghost" employee. Would love to be able preview/test updates/changes we make without having to commit before or have someone else available to test.
Our employee's frequently use the impressions feature to recognize their peers. Our HR team is able to use the impressions to also recognize and celebrate employee's accomplishments.
