Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

While ELC of Duval has had the paylocity system for a number of years, it was not being used to its full capacity. We have implemented electronic onboarding, recruiting module and the learning module within the past year. All three modules have been easy to use and very useful.

Pros

  • connecting with electronic job boards
  • ability to custom electronic onboarding to best meet the company needs
  • Great support team. When I call I always get the support I need.

Cons

  • performance reviews - need ability to send form to all management in reporting structure for approval, not just a few
  • More training courses in learning module
  • Better data driven decision-making
  • Less compliance risk with clearly data visability
We have moved away from manual processes to automated processing. In recruiting, the process went from difficult to easy.

Paylocity is a perfect system for a non-profit as the time & labor is customizable to track labor costs by grant/project. The system is also easy to use for end users who aren't particularly tech friendly.
