Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity on a daily basis for both our onboarding/ HR/ training for our employees and our weekly payroll cycles.

  • very user friendly
  • always have my payroll processed in a timely manner
  • the endless resources and up to date course training for new hires that are in compliance with the federal & state guidelines.

I love how it is user friendly and if there is an issue there is always a live person to always answer any of my questions, no waiting on hold or for a call back that sometimes never comes in time. I really haven't had any bad experiences with the system. This system is 1000% better than the one we use to have, and I've had a few, been with the company for 27 yrs.
