Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

As our payroll, timekeeping, HRIS, performance management SAS.
  • Timekeeping
  • Export for posting to GL
  • Reports
  • More simplified payroll processing
  • Eliminate rounding errors in % allocation to programs
  • Ease setting up new pay codes and groups and mapping to GL on user end
  • Have lost performance review while writing and didn't save
  • Better integration between Time & Effort and Payroll modules
  • Overall Paylocity is a great system, but there is room for improvement in some areas.
Automation of benefits has improved our processes, but there is still room for a more seamless experience.
HR can pull useful reports.
In my opinion Paylocity is better. Fewer glitches, ease of use, and better reporting. Better support when needing to get assistance with corrections.
