Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We used it for payroll and it was the worst experience we have ever had. Many of our employees did not get their paychecks deposited due to a Paylocity error, and it took most of the week to get Paylocity to correct it. This caused employees to lose trust our company and many are threatening to leave because of this.
  • Terrible impact on our business and employee morale and retention when their paychecks did not get deposited due to a Paylocity error, that took almost a week for them to correct
Negatively! HR and administration worked almost 24/7 for 5 days to get Paylocity to correct their error and get our employees paid!
I'd rank Paylocity a zero and ADP a 10, on a scale of 0-10 with zero being the worst and 10 being the best
