Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We run payroll for two different entities using Paylocity. Their reports are substandard. Their customer service is substandard. They continue to give a wrong answer concerning payroll regs as they are clueless. As the controller for the company, I've asked for someone to call who has the knowledge in this area and they continue to send lower level employee emails with a lack of knowledge. This is absolutely the worst Payroll Company! Calling them a Payroll company is being generous. DO NOT USE.
- More time consuming. Have to review all details because we cannot trust the software.
- More time consuming with compliance audits because the reporting is substandard and not customizable in an efficient way.
- More time consuming with HR tracking because we have to extract data into Excel because data is not combined in a useful way.
Paylocity's automation tools have been a joke. We spend more time. We've had negative ROI.
We do not use the employee engagement tools as everything else has been a disappointment.
