Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
[...] is a government medical staffing agency. We use Paylocity for our payroll and HR needs for all our employees. Calculating time off and on call hours is our biggest issue.
Pros

- In putting on call and call back hours. These our do not count towards overtime however there is no way to do it automatically.
- Calculating time off it's always an issue with this.
- Definitely positive, it's made it a lot easier to manage our payroll.
- Recruiting is great as well.
Honestly, we have not utilized this service as much as we should have. I would love to discuss with my account manager more about this information but we don't really use the automation with the system because I don't believe that we're very familiar with it. Thank you for informing me on this.
