Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I am a department of 1 so it is crucial that I have a simple and direct tool that can help me with all aspects of HR. Paylocity allows me to do that.

As a department of one, I oversee all aspects of HR. With payroll, it used to take me 4-6 hours to complete. Now I run and submit payroll within the hour.
The community board allows employees to interact with each other as well as being recognized on their anniversary and birthdays.
Paylocity is very resourceful and attentive to your individual needs. They are patient and do not “buy” your business.
