Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, working on implementing other modules as well.

Cons

  • Implementation, too rushed with their timelines. Could slow down to help the team truly understand the impact of each step
  • Payroll compliance
As each new module is implemented and debugged we free up a little more time and relieve a little more people's frustration with old paper processes.

Some features aren't as friendly for non-tech savvy employees. They are however very innovative open to new advancement for clients needs
