Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

My company uses Paylocity every day. I love the platform and use the call center any time I have a question or want guidance on how to adjust something in the system. People are very nice and informative.

Pros

  • The call center is a great resource.
  • I love the Community portal. It’s easy for employees to use & interact with one another.
  • The payroll system is new and improved.

Cons

  • We have had issues with benefit file feeds not going over properly.
  • Sometimes a person from the call center is unable to help and you have to hang up and call back again.
  • The calendar function is not up and running yet.
  • The reports are great for pulling data. It makes other processes smoother.
  • Payroll is new and improved!
  • We have reduced errors & can track recent steps.
Payroll is easy and viewing the time cards is a quick and easy process.
Our company uses Community multiple times a week for wellness posts, employee updates and birthdays. It’s fun to see updates of coworkers who you may never meet in person because of our hybrid/remote work setting.
