Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Communication with employees. Our hourly operation employees don’t have a company email, so we’re missing out on announcements made through emails. We use the Paylocity community to post all announcements and bridge the gap. We also use the extensive training to send out to employees who need it. I personally use the employee groups through the community as well.

Pros

  • Able to do recognitions.
  • Have access to help if needed.

Cons

  • Account managers are more accessible.
  • Better communication.
  • Streamlined processes.
Automation of benefit enrollment has saved me hours.
The community is HR's only form of announcement communication.
