Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll and benefits and as our HRIS system. We were tired of constant rep changes and no one knowing who we were with our last provider. Paylocity has provided us with a very different experience, meaning we have had the opportunity to work with some outstanding project managers and service reps who have gone out of their way to understand our needs and help us find solutions.
Pros
- Intuitive experience when going through open enrollment for our employees.
- There are many options for employees and their team leaders to access information pertinent to them.
Cons
- It feels like you’ve grown faster with new clients but don’t have the trained, experienced team to handle things as quickly as you did before COVID.
- Our benefits manager needs the ability to make some changes on her own - very frustrating to have to wait for someone on your side to make the change, get it wrong, when our manager knows exactly what needs to be done and could do it if she had that level of access.
- Open enrollment efficiently.
- Tracking for multiple companies.
Payroll efficiencies open enrollment for employees.
