Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our full-circle HRIS system. We use it for everything from employee life cycle monitoring to payroll, benefits, and performance management.

Pros

  • Integrative
  • I love my account manager.
  • Keeps me updated on updates and changes as well as welcome feedback.

Cons

  • The help feature sometimes takes a long time to respond.
  • Reaching out for help can sometimes cause delay especially if your account manager is not available.
  • Consistent workflows.
More streamlined assistance in payroll.
More assistance with surveys.
