Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our entire payroll process, including timekeeping. We also use it for recruiting and onboarding employees. We have around 175 employees, including faculty and staff.

Pros

  • Simplifying the payroll process.
  • Seamless user integration from recruitment to onboarding to employee self service.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • Customization.
  • It has reduced time spent on time and labor tracking.
Paylocity has definitely reduced the time spent on payroll and time tracking. The process is easy and fast.
We currently don't use those services much. We sometimes use the community to send out year-end communication.

Paylocity helps simplify the payroll process. It also eliminates the guesswork. The help desk is always prompt in responding.
