Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I work for an American company, the plant where I work is located in México, but [...] uses Paylocity worldwide as our HRIS. We also used for goal setting, performance reviews, training, reporting, etc.

Very effective and friendly system

  • Employee information
  • Friendly use

Cons

  • Goal setting sometimes is kind of confusing, progress is not always available to edit
  • For candidate search I click N/A, I'm in México, this tool does not apply
Many of these tools are not used by us in México. Payroll is done in México
For US employees (5) is a great self service toll
