Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for our company's biweekly payroll, to issue yearend statements for our employees, and to keep our employee personnel information updated.

Pros

  • employee information
  • issue year end statements

Cons

  • naming reports available
  • being able to chat with a representative while online with a problem and in the system
  • transferring our 401k employee withdrawals to our 401k investment company
  • nothing so far
I haven't noticed a big difference.
I don't think our employees use these features.

It takes a while to navigate around the site but once you know what you're looking for, the site is pretty easy to use.

The reports that are offered are not always labeled as user friendly.
