Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our full HRIS system. We use all modules with exception to Leave of Absence and Accounting.

  • keeps everyone on the same page
Reduced most of our systems down to a core manageable number.
We have a central announcement hub now

I love Paylocity for most things, but some things it could do better include:
We need to be able to put people on intermittent leave, not just continuous. Also, leave tracking and fed/state document wizards would be great. We use JJ Keller's FMLA manager because it does all those things.
The workflows sections are crazy confusing and hard to navigate.
