Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Time & Labor and general HR functions.

  • Time has been added rather than reduced due to errors during implementation
  • Salary tracking has been easier due to more visibility of salary history
  • Can add management sub-levels for approval system
  • Can build multiple cost centers to aid in budgeting and hiring

Paylocity is pretty straight forward for payroll even if you don't do Time & Labor module. Time Off tracking is more challenging without Time & Labor. My implementation experience was lacking due to minimal follow up & having to constantly remind project manager of outstanding issues & things not getting setup correctly. A previous implementation with Paylocity was outstanding so that's why I went with it again.
