Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our primary HRIS. From recruiting, payroll, benefits, training and development, Paylocity has significantly streamlined the employee experience and operationalize our HR management in a central platform.

Prior to Paylocity, we were operating in various platforms that didn't communicate to each other which created a lot of manual work. Implementing Paylocity has been one of the best decisions for our company. The user-friendly interface, excellent customer support - especially [...] and [...], and time-saving automation have made Paylocity an essential tool for our growing team. If you're looking for a reliable HRIS that covers all the basis, this is it!

The automated onboarding process has saved our HR team hours of manual work. New hires can complete paperwork, e-sign documents, and access training materials—all in one place.
We haven't fully implemented the pulse survey yet and at this point, we still utilize other platforms for peer recognition such as slack. The team mainly operates in slack.
Fairly close but in the end, we loved the L&D and recruiting features Paylocity had to offer.
