Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity in our organization as an HRIS platform. We currently utilize most of the modules available. We needed a robust system that we could customize our G/L to be able to charge employee burden out to over 150 separate entities. Paylocity does this for us.

Pros

  • Simplicity for our employees as end users
  • Reporting features

Cons

  • Stop taking away our account reps. It was why we went away from Paylocity in the past.
  • Not a lot of customizable fields for specific data we need to track.
  • Time savings for employees clocking in/out resulting in subsequent $$ savings and more productivity.
Makes the HR department employee's jobs much more simple.
Our employees enjoy giving and receiving feedback.
