Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
At [...] we use Paylocity to track hours of all our employees. We also use Paylocity for all our payroll needs. It is great to have a one stop shop for all of our year end forms for employees as well as the convenience of being able to log on and check the reports at any time, whether it is me as an admin or the employees.
Pros
- Platform that is easy to navigate
- Reports can be searched and found all in one place
- Payroll is clear and straightforward, making it easy to get payroll completed each week
Cons
- I don't feel like I can every get through to an agent when I call the first time
- There has been an ongoing glitch where my 1099 employees cannot see their year end forms
- Reduces time finding reports
- year end tax forms are made easy
- viewing employee information quickly is easy as well
