Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HR, Onboaring, Payroll and Time Clock Entry

  • Benefits enrollment

Cons

  • Documents, would be better if they could be uploaded and organized more like an employee file
  • Performance reviews, auto assign on anniversary and 30 60 90 would be good, being able to change reviewer if needed not having to delete
  • Time sheet is confusing to some managers
  • Some errors in work history
  • Payroll could be easier
  • Don't pay the invoice so not sure about cost etc
Ok, could be better, especially automation of reviews, etc. Posting of reminders like Tax information, benefit information etc. Would be nice if automated
I think the community section is impactful. Not much engagement but helps to remind employees of key dates.

Document control is hard, onboarding is easy but could be easier, changing onboarding event packet once you already send to onboarding can be confusing.
