Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I am the HR Generalist, and I was involved in implementing HR/Timekeeping/Payroll. I would love for employees' hours to update automatically on the payroll side. Excel reports should not be a template; users should be allowed to list items in columns, not rows. For example, ex-pay deductions should be in columns so employees have one row.

Pros

  • Easy to read.
  • Customer Service is great.

Cons

  • Time and Labor integration with payroll.
  • More dynamic reports.
  • Too many independent modules.
It has provided recordkeeping, but there are too many steps to initiate activities in HR/Time/Payroll.
Employees are able to enter time and access personal information from the mobile app.

It's excellent for HR recordkeeping and Timekeeping records. It would be great if AI were integrated to ask questions rather than requiring the user to remember or look for the peak instructions.
