Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, We currently use Paylocity for a lot of our functions, including onboarding, LMS (learning management system), compensation.

Pros

  • All in one place
  • Ease and convenience

Cons

  • Finding answers for solutions
  • There are a lot of reports, so often times it's hard to find which report is appropriate.
  • It would be great if the data insights module has the function to be more customizable.
  • The Expense module helped process reimbursement requests faster and with ease.
I gave Paylocity this usability rating because, in my opinion, Paylocity is great
