Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We appreciate the process with onboarding, and some of the reporting functionality. We also appreciate the integration of multiple softwares to help consolidate. We are excited about the asset management features that are soon to come and hope to see some more updates made towards compliance - signing agreements that include multiple functions. We appreciate that most features automatically attach to the employee file.

Pros

Cons

  • More options for reports - very limited use, hard navigating the sorting tools
  • System glitches sometimes undoes the settings within an employee file
  • Compliance forms - difficulty setting up. We only have full functionality when setting up for the onboarding packets

It's helped with reducing time expenditures; there are some areas for improvement such as wanting to be able to create a user-friendly report from scratch with more options, compliance tracking with updates on policies an individual will have to sign, etc
The corporate goals function has helped improve employee engagement within performance reviews
Most options are very helpful, especially with the new feature updates, but with areas like benefits, it could use room for improvement

Paylocity has been very helpful in pulling most reports needed to help make decisions, or in assistance with auditing. We have found that the benefits enrollment features are difficult each open enrollment - employees are able to enroll into multiple fsas for example.
