Payroll, Taxes, timesheet entry and nonexempt, document storage
Pros
- Document library stores all the employee data and it is available on the home screen
- Paylocity's tax and integration team work well with outside vendors
- Reliable reporting
Cons
- Added features are not explained well
- Timesheet entry on a semi-monthly payroll for non-exempt employees
- Tax department is slow to answer IRS/State notices
- We are tracking our time sheets, PTO accrual. These things have a positive impact
- Maybe it is just us, but time off tracking confuses everyone because we are paying PTO out from the semi mo payroll in arrears, and later in the year people cannot determine the PTO
- We have salaried employees and hourly. The hourly employee's pay stub shows the current period, but they are getting paid in arrears
