Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is the HRIS that we've been using for 7 years for payroll and HRIS functions.

Pros

  • Running payroll lets us make changes & updates in real time.
  • They pick up the phone well.

Cons

  • No dedicated party to work with to try to add portals/functions.
  • Paylocity relies on the user to know what they are asking for when new laws are passed.
  • The biggest benefit has been allowing flexibility while processing payroll.
Not all of our employees track time on Paylocity so this isn't what we fully use.
We are using Surveys regularly and that is a great tool to build & maintain a database of feedback.
