Cons
- I wish I had a nice tutorial of all the features we have paid for since I am new to the org.
- Want to utilize the social part of the software to get greater insights into what our employees are thinking. I do love the surveys.
I am not sure, but I do not like how we should be able to term an employee and not have to manually do their payroll, this should be automated.
For instance, I term an employee effective 6/20 but on 7/3 they don't get a check because the system doesn't have them as an active employee. So my payroll person misses them.

None so far, I have done exit surveys which were positive but I need to do more of the Peer recognition as well as the social parts of the system. This could help with engagement as well as I am looking forward to doing an engagement survey. I am excited about all of this.
- BambooHR® and Workday Human Capital Management
Workday seemed to be more set up for larger pools of employees and information. For a small employer this is fine.
