Paylocity Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
My answer pretty much answers the first two questions and then payroll and for hiring new employees because what the onboarding module does and it provides you, it's like an all in one solution so that you can get the candidates on board, you can E-Verify them through the government to make sure that they can legally work and then we can do the whole process and then we transfer it to the other portion or module, which is the HR and payroll portion
Pros
- Customer service by far is one of the things they do very well. No matter how many times you call, if you have a question, they'll be able to guide you through the whole process if you get stuck. So definitely that. But also the onboarding, I was very impressed with the capabilities and the seamless process that we recently acquired with the onboarding. So definitely two thumbs up.
Cons
- There's always room for improvement. The only thing that I could think of, and eventually that's something that as with the new software updates in or they update the software in the future, just to try to simplify the process a little bit, like a more user friendly interface as opposed to having to go through multiple steps within the software, which by the way has an excellent navigation feature that you can, whatever you need, you can find it there and ultimately if you need to contact support, they'll be able to assist. But just to compress it a little bit more to make it a little bit, just a little bit more user, the only thing that I can think of. But other than that, it works perfectly fine.
- I would say definitely a positive impact. Like I said, we've transitioned to the Paylocity software probably like about four years ago or five years ago I would say. And it's been great. I really cannot complain whatsoever.
