Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our company's primary HR information system. We use many modules and products offered. We utilize Paylocity to communicate and manage our team of over 350 members across three states, with more than 60 locations. It helps us stay connected to the teams we can't physically see every day.

Pros

  • Innovative change to keep with the current HR climate.
  • Leading the way by Drinking their own wine.
  • Customer Service Team that is very knowledgeable and speaks our HR language.

Cons

  • Ability for applicants to log back in to Recruiting to update their resumes and applications. You don't have to reload the entire application to apply for a different position.
  • Benefits more robust system like Enterprise.
  • Library to store HR documents (policy, procedures, legally required documents for benefits, etc.) for team members to reference.
  • Flexibility in the product.
  • Easy for employees.
Easy self-service for our team members that makes our HR lives better.
Community has been huge!

It is well-suited for companies that need some flexibility or customization of information. We can easily build reports, customize data fields, and gather the information needed to conduct business in our ever-changing labor market. It facilitates easy communication with our team members.
