Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our payroll and HR services. The only problem that we have had with Paylocity is that our IRA was not set up during our enrollment and when we figured out that our money that we were paying into our IRA's were not being sent to the company we tried to get it fixed. In our experience, when we called the support desk they took 3 weeks to figure out what was going on and wanted to charge us an additional set up fee when we were told it would have been included in our account set up. To this day we still do not have our IRA set up correctly and have to make manual payments to our IRA company.

The setup process was straightforward, and the level of service provided was excellent. Their communication throughout was consistent and helpful. One aspect we really appreciated was that the onboarding was completed by department rather than all at once. This prevented information overload and allowed us time to learn each part of the system at a manageable pace. They typically gave 2 to 3 weeks between each phase, which made the transition smooth and organized. Additionally, their support team assisted us with running payroll for the first two cycles, which was extremely beneficial and helped ensure we were confident moving forward.
