Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our bi-weekly payroll processing for our small company. The system is easy to use and satisfies all our needs.

Pros

  • Payroll processing
  • Handling our taxes
  • Direct Deposits for our employees
  • Handling any garnishment that arise

Cons

  • Could be easier in the setups for time & Labor
  • Paylocity has been an improvement over ADP where we had direct deposit issues and know we can trust Paylocity to deliver our payroll needs
The 401K and now working on CORBA service are moving to automate a couple of our process and dataflow.
I wish the Time and Labor was easier to use to and implment with new hires and the setup I find can be tricky.
We used ADP but the team looked to move on from them and Paylocity has delivered since we have moved over

Paylocity has different options that can help the business needs that can go outside of regular payroll processing, for example I like there's an HR Edge product that can assist in our small business on HR needs as the company does not have a full time HR person on staff
