Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We have employee files that integrates payroll with HR, employee loans we use the notes to document every transaction.
*One of the biggest issues we've had is employee terminations, both in our part when terminating an employee in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we've had experiences with "bad actors", i.e., recently an employee was involuntarily separated from employment in a location in another city away from headquarters (corporate), ,and in part management and myself (HR administrator) were made aware that a former employee had the Paylocity Mobile app and his employment status active for 3 payroll cycles. This individual managed to clock in and out near the geofence and was paid out more than $11k, until it was caught that the person had not been an employee for quite some time. Bad actors will find a way to misuse the mobile app I believe it has it's vulnerabilities. I caught wind of the wrongdoing from a pattern selfie pictures taken when punching in and out.

In our industry, location and size of our business, we don't have the capacity for concepts of retention, seeking or acquiring talent. We employ a total of 70+ employees. Payroll, time tracking and mostly internal controls are the focal point of utilizing Paylocity. Reporting has become a popular concept in our business as Paylocity has a complexity of reports to choose from.
Peer recognition has been amongst the top, as management we encourage full on engagement via mobile app, getting our employees to explore the features and benefits Paylocity Mobile App has to offer outside the scope of its main usage, like access to payroll information.
There are security concerns that we have come across. In general mobile apps inherently can have security flaws.

Well Suited for Payroll and similar Payroll themed items.
Human Resources is secondary, nonetheless, like any database or enterprise platform it's prone to GIGO (Garbage In Garbage Out) Concept because of human input.
